Our History

 

Rawstone Hire Ltd is a family owned private company which was formed in 2004 following a management buyout by the former management who had run the company for the previous 15 years.

 

The company has joint directors/shareholders who have many years experience within the industry. The company’s head office is based at Godstone in Surrey from where it operates its main business of Plant hire and Tool hire from an extensive site which also includes the company’s accounts department and management offices, the main company workshops and equipment storage together with the company’s heavy goods delivery vehicles.

 

The company employs 12 staff on two sites, including the two company directors, Carol Pring who runs the accounts department and Greg Pring who is responsible for the day to day operation of the company.

 

Over the last six years the company has considerably expanded both its product range and customer base. The company plan to further expand the business in the future, both in new product lines and addition operating sites.
